WHITE PLAINS, NY (August 26th, 2022) - An affiliate of Yale Realty Services Corporation closed on the sale of Waynesville Commons, a 126,904 square foot retail shopping center located in Waynesville, NC for $18,000,000. The Super-Walmart shadow was 100% occupied at the time of sale and included major tenants such as Belks, Michaels, PetSmart and Rack Room Shoes. The buyer is an American supermarket chain based out of North Carolina that is publicly traded on the NASDAQ.
